JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a full time Senior Subject Matter Expert (SSME) to join our writing team and
enrich our writing department with Punctual, Disciplined and systematically organized work. The
work schedule will be day shift on work from home basis.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Excellent verbal and communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge about academic content writing.
• Must have knowledge on MS-Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. The candidate should
  have a good command over the subject.
• Good typing speed with less errors. At least 2500 words per day is a must with proper
  quality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Time-management skills.
• Have problem solving attitude.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• A friendly and energetic personality with good team player.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism.
• Candidates should have 60% throughout their academics.
• Excellent academic record, with a higher degree in the area of specialization.
• Overseas educational background is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent writing services.
• Prepare well-structured drafts, formatting as per prescribed guidelines.
• To do free plagiarism writing
• Edit and proofread written work before delivering.
• Review and update delivered content as needed.
• Conduct both primary and secondary academic research to meet the research needs of
  the clients.
• To learn new academic skills.
• Need to deliver the job on deadline.
• Need to do proper research on a given topic.
• Need to maintain the guideline of the project.
• Need to validate the requirements and deliverables that describe the outcome that the
  project is going to produce.
• Need to deliver a quality job.
• Create a strong content that fulfils company standards and audience goals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Any graduate degree can apply.
• Minimum 6 months experience in the relevant field.
   Management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to potential leads and clients on a daily target basis
• Conversion of leads to potential and loyal clients through superlative communication and
  interpersonal skills
• Maintaining cordial relationships with converted clients to retain for significant duration
• Achieving of targets based on word-count and revenue.

Required candidate skills:

• Fluency in English and Hindi in both written and verbal forms
• Excellent communication skills
• Basis knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, Docs, Forms and Gmail
